Pollination is my way of describing my style of facilitation. Helping solve problems holistically and join things up. My focus is on wellbeing, creative enterprise and sustainability. Thus far, this has been about offering consultancy, predominantly to the community and voluntary sector but the vision has always been for Pollination to be a community of shared values. there's been a lot of talking and excitement so far, and our community of pollinators is forming.   

 

But for now, this is 'me' - Jenny Naylor  - my background is in economics, community economic development and wellbeing.

Pollination has not only been inspired by years of working in community development in the public and community sector but also through beekeeping. Anyone who knows about the honey bees will know why - they can teach us a lot about community, cooperation and productivity.
